I've worked in Michelin-starred kitchens (like Le Manoir aux Quat’SaisonsDabbousDinner by Heston and Murano) and as head chef in private households for high-net-worth families. 


All that to say: I'm used to working in fast-paced environments, with ever-changing plans, and for people with high expectations.

I do cooking lessons for dummies, newbies, and foodies.

These are ideal for anyone who wants to learn a new dish, start cooking more, or brush up on knife skills. 

To make these lessons as practical as possible I typically run them at the house / flat of the ‘student’.

This means we can tailor the teaching to include cooking equipment you already have, making it more likely you’ll continue to cook after the lesson’s finished.

How my lessons work…

1. Get in touch and let me know what you’re after.

2. I'll put together a list of dishes that we could cook together.

3. You finalise which ones you want to do.

4. We do the dishes. You learn a tonne. The winner? Great tasting food.
